Refund policy

Cancelled orders must be processed before 12 PST for a refund , all refunds are subject to 15% for restocking and handling fees.

After 12 PST all orders are considered final and no returns or refunds will be issued

There is a small window for a refund if the product arrived damaged and it take 3 to 7 business day to be processed

Damaged product must have clear pictures sent to info@smoke-spot.com
